You waive any right to inspect or approve final materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Veritas Social is not liable for injuries occurring at events.

  • Veritas Social is not responsible for venue malfunctions, third-party vendors, or attendee actions.

  • In the event of cancellation due to weather, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to the price of the ticket.

5. Changes to Events

Veritas Social reserves the right to modify event details such as:

  • Venue location

  • Lineups

  • Entry policies

Updates may be delivered via SMS, email, or website announcements.

6. Data Usage
