Information you provide. When you submit a booking, partner, or Sloss City inquiry form, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, organization, and message content, along with any event or scheduling details relevant to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, for security, abuse prevention, and site reliability purposes.

Ticketing. If you purchase tickets to Sloss City, that transaction is completed through our ticketing partner, Posh, inside an embedded checkout on this Site. We do not collect or store your payment card details — Posh processes that information under its own privacy policy and terms.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries about bookings, partnerships, and events;
• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
• Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms;
• Send you updates or marketing communications where you have opted in, which you may unsubscribe from at any time; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site and our business, each acting on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Supabase — stores form submissions and account data;
• Resend — delivers transactional email notifications for form submissions;
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies that form submissions are from a real person, not a bot;
• Vercel — hosts the Site; and
• Posh — processes Sloss City ticket purchases.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Veritas, our users, or others.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a limited set of cookies required for core functionality, such as maintaining a signed-in session and supporting Cloudflare Turnstile's spam verification. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing communications, at any time by emailing info@veritassocial.co. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your request before acting on it.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect, and limit access to authorized team members who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
